Cancellation Policy

To recieve a full refund, customers must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of your resertvation. If reservation cancelled after that, there will be no refund issued,

Unless otherwise stated, Exceed Ok Properties and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Exceed Ok Properties.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Exceed Ok Properties for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
